THE CITY AS CANVAS.

I recently found this fascinating talk on PSFK. It’s from Marc and Sara Schiller, who collectively run the Wooster Collective, which has over the last few years become the number one resource for fans of Street Art around the world.
The talk serves as an introduction to philosophy behind the website, how in parallel Street Art has gone from a discredited, outllawed style, to becoming recognised an essential part of the urban landscape and a credible art form in itself. The passion the Schillers show for this work is infectious, and makes for a very engrossing 45minutes. It also speaks very highly of the quality of discussion and insights that are generated at these PSFK conferences. Can’t wait for it to come back to LDN… Enjoy!
